Insight inaugurated the Puttalam Centre for Technical Training (PCTT) on July 1, 2015, as a Tamil-language initiative aimed at empowering youth in Sri Lanka’s North Western Province. The centre provides technical and vocational training designed to equip school leavers and dropouts with valuable skills, transforming them into productive members of society. Initially, it offers NVQ Level 3 programs in Automobile Mechanics and AC and Refrigeration Mechanics, with a capacity to accommodate 100 students.
